The last time I wrote, I asked you the question, “Are you afraid?”  In summary, I shared that successful people are action takers who work through their fears have a picture of what they want …and focus on that picture.  If you missed reading that post , you can find it under ‘recent posts’ on the right side of this page.

Some of you may have wondered why I was talking about goal setting since I normally focus on real estate investing. Here’s why….let me ask you some questions.

1. What do you think is generally the biggest barrier is to real estate Investing?

Answer: FEAR!

Answer

• Fear of the Unknown
• Fear of Making a Bad Decision
• Fear of Losing Money
• Fear of Making a Mistake
• Fear of Success
• Fear of Failure

1. What The Biggest Mistake People Make?

Answer: The biggest mistake is feeling this fear and failing to take the steps to do what it takes… to do what they learn from all they read, watched and heard. Some even start and “try” but then they don’t finish.  Others only wish  they could- but never even try!

Well, one thing is for sure… if we don’t play the game, we cannot win.

If you don’t take action, you will not reach your goals, your dreams and your desires …

• To generate additional income
• To acquire wealth for their retirement
• To accumulate for their children’s education
• To obtain financial independence
• To enjoy are more affluent lifestyle
• To give back to those in need
• Etc, etc.It is safe to say that there are thousands of real estate investment opportunities out there to choose from?
